    Well, I got a shot in the arm…seriously!!

    Doc said he thought since I had quite a bit of strength against resistance that I probably didn't have a tear but inflammation. He offered me a shot..I (per Lou) put on my big girl pants, swallowed big, and let the needle do it's work.

    Maybe it won't be long till I can take baby steps back in!! I'm mentally ready!! Just waiting for my body to catch up 🙂

    Thank you everybody for all your support! I miss all of you too.

    The burpee challenge is in fact a challenge but day 19 and counting. You know you are in deep when Jimmy stops writing the number of burpees you need to enter.
