  8. 11:25 had to do push ups instead of pull ups since my hands are shredded! Ugh :-p
    o Lord have mercy! A burpee challenge I DO need burpee work ……. But I think a root canal sounds better! Lemme have a beer and marinate on this for tonight I'll have my decsion tmrw grasshoppers 🙂

    18:00 for Vernice and 19:41 for Debbie.
    Strange I can remember these times when I can rarely remember where I left my keys.
