  2. 23:22 27 seconds slower than 4/10/09, but I did sets of 25 thrusters instead of 21. It wasn't quite difficult enough with "only" 21 thrusters. That's a mistake I will only make once:-)

    25 Pull ups/25 Sit ups in place of 50 Pull ups at the start and finish.

  7. And yes, Clint, you can modify running…I do it every day…it's called "jogging".

    Monday: 10 Rounds 15 SU/15 SQ/15 PU
    Tuesday: Same
    Wednesday: 5 Rounds 30 SU/30 PU/50 Walking Lunge (great hall for it)
