With a 15 minute clock, perform:

21-15-9 rep rounds of:

Thrusters (95/63)

Calories rowed

Burpees over rower

 

For time

 

With remaining time, find:

1-rep max Clean and Jerk

 

For max load

    8:21 Rx
    Broke thruster up as follows:
    21: 15/6
    15: 9/6
    All 9

    Next time go unbroken on 21, but maintain the 15 setup

    Part 2:
    205, 225, 235, 245 (failed jerk)

    I did this WOD as part of the qualifier, but I did not post my time on the MP page. I will have to see if I can find it on the old comp page. No matter how I did in comparison, this WOD was tiresome!!

    Hit 133# during addl 5min.
