    Finished the WOD: 27:28 Rx

    Tore with 4 C2B and didn’t stop the clock while I fixed the hand.

  3. Went to open gym, left hand ripped warming up, so I did my own version lol.

    That was a tough WOD. Wanted zero no reps, and got it! Happy with score. Shoulder did pretty good.

  6. Scaled with 155# for 77ish percent I think with some chest to bar and some chin over bar pull ups depending on what I could pull. Had 2 no reps in first round of cleans.
    Capped at 8 reps into round 4 so 98 reps.
