SWOD: 2 @ 70% – arms are tired
CWOD: 10 rounds before failure, 1 additional round, then finished all the rest at 3-7-11. 25 reps last round. I went to knee PUs round 6.
SWOD: 11@83# (current 1RM). Looks like it’s time for a new 1RM
Also mod with red-banded PLUs
Through round 4 alternated plu and ring rows
Went down to 3-7-11 on the reps about round 6
Didn’t break till min 23 after that

I like the experiment better…Last time I got 28+ reps doing 5-7-15 and only 7+ rounds doing it 5-10-15, I am finding that, yes, those extra 3 reps matter… A LOT
