Some early morning foot marching with my company personnel.

Conditioning:

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes*:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

 

For Score

*On the last minute, if you successfully make 30 rounds, perform as many rounds as possible

For max reps on last set

Start first 2 at 50% 1RM, and increase by 5% each set

 

Flexibility:

Hold middle splits for 2 minutes

20 side leg swings, left

20 side leg swings, right

Hip Capsule Stretch – 2:00/side

20 side leg swings, left

20 side leg swings, right

Hold middle splits for 2 minutes

    CWOD: 16 +29 Rx
    SWOD: 2 @ 70% – arms are tired

  5. CWOD: 10 rounds before failure, 1 additional round, then finished all the rest at 3-7-11. 25 reps last round. I went to knee PUs round 6.
    SWOD: 11@83# (current 1RM). Looks like it’s time for a new 1RM

  6. Through round 4 alternated plu and ring rows
    Went down to 3-7-11 on the reps about round 6
    Didn’t break till min 23 after that

    I like the experiment better…Last time I got 28+ reps doing 5-7-15 and only 7+ rounds doing it 5-10-15, I am finding that, yes, those extra 3 reps matter… A LOT
