    I do apologize for this weeks "oops" with posting, or lack there of. You all have been doing a great job on the WOD's.

    Make sure you are giving 100% effort on each WOD. If you finish a MetCon WOD, and do not feel completly zonked, your intensity level needs to be raised. Always remember, it is "TOO Easy"!

    17:39 hspu with yoga block. could not do L-pl/u, so I did reverse grip dead hang pull ups (with a little jumping at the end). I like being able to use all these adjectives in describing my mods to the wods.

    REALLY close to being zonked. It was my hands that were hurting terribly! even with gloves on.
    This was a great work out. good job everyone.

    Did this one on sat. – 16:30 rx ( hspu on 12" block still trying to touch the block tho 😉 maybe if my arms weren't a mile long!
