    Did push-ups in place of pull-ups…….I have rips on BOTH my hands from Monday's WOD.

    33:15 outside run, used 1 1/2 band"; did use 1" for warm up 2nd day now! I'm getting there!

    Please excuse my preaching, but I am going to take advantage of this blog spot…Please follow the car seat/booster seat/no front seat recommendations for kids. I didn't get to work out Tue am because I was caring for kids from a bad accident on the Creek, none were restrained, one died after we were up all night working on her, another with serious injuries. It is extremely rare that we have bad outcomes when kids are properly restrained. I cannot imagine the guilt as a parent if I thought my child died and I might have prevented it.
