    Okay, so I hope I'm not the only one who thinks that whole Push Jerk movement is weird! I worked on form with 22# and tried 45# for a couple series of 3.

    CFE Row: 3275 meters…phew, that was a good one! Rhonda rocked the row with me…awesome job!

    Kudos to Lesley and Melanie keeping up that burpee challenge.

    Burpee challenge is not the smartest thing I've ever signed up for. 🙂 Trying really hard to keep up and catch up for a few missed days. Kudos to Melanie for keeping up daily!

    My goal was to keep it around a 2:30/500 and see how that felt. It felt CHALLENGING!! Great job to my rowing partner Angie. You rowed fast.

    Well, I slept in but I did run around LaFortune. Unfortunately my Garmin was not charged up so I wasn't able to time the run. Here's to the New Year's Eve 5K. Hope it's not freezing cold. If anyone wants to join Erin, Angie, and me, just let us know. I have extra t-shirts and decorative head bands.
