Run: 10 x 100m ALL OUT sprints with 90 sec. recovery
Row: 10 x 125m ALL OUT sprints with 1 min. recovery
Bike: 8 x 1k ALL OUT sprints with 2 min. recovery
Swim: 20 x 25m ALL OUT sprints with 1 min recovery
(start/finish at mid-pool)
