    Congratz on all of the PR's!!

    Mod WOD's? Always be careful on modify what WOD you do, for do you know what I will RX tomorrow? If you do, please tell me. Because I usually do not know until I pull up the blog to post it. 🙂 If you are modifying due to inability, that is fine. However, if you are modifying simply because you have not so good form, bad idea. How will your form get better if you keep avoiding your weaknesses? Just a thought.
