    You forgot to remind us to park along the side of the building to allow for emergency response vehicles, the Red Cross, blood transfusion technicians and oxygen providers. And are you distributing handicap parking placards before or after the WOD?

    20:50 ( please note there is time added in for my puke attack) man I felt really good until the deadlifts ( I did it in reverse today 😉 and I then I hit a wall! I felt like I was either gonna puke or pass out, then went over to pull ups and I felt like I was walking on a ship in hurricane! I literally was going in and out of black!!! Thank god I made it trash can!! Then had to lay on my back for a few to stop spinning!! So the lesson today kids " 300" is WORSE backwards!!
