Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

7 rds of 5 cycles for max load
(cannot rest the bar on ground except between rds not cycles)

I.E.-You have a weighted bar of 135lbs.
You do 1 PC, 1 FSQ, 1 PP, 1 BSQ, and 1 PP; then repeat that 5x.
Then you can put the bar on the ground to rest, and add more weight for rd 2 of 7!
