    13 rds with hspu on 2" block and su on ab mat also did 45 lbs kettle bell ( i actually saw the white light :- p ) brutal!!!

    12 rounds with 35 lb kettlebell (1 pood) had 15 seconds left, I guess I could have done another 5 HSPUs but I was DONE
