About a minute slower than last time in March.

Great job Coby and Michelle!! Congrats ! We need an MP Happy Hour soon! Have a great weekend!!

I experienced the many of the reasons why you do NOT do back-to-back WOD's!! Praise the Lord, injury was not one of them! 🙂

I paced Gina for a 5K, 80-85% intensity for me, at 22:49. Good run by itself. Then 45 minutes later, I did the "Crippler" with Rusty, 10:33. I was feeling the fatigue from run in less than 50m.

I had planned on doing my 5K tomorrow morning; But, I think I will let intelligence win over and not! 🙂

Great job to all this morning! Congratz to all the PR's!! See you tomorrow.

Ran 3 mile loop in my neighborhood but didn't keep time…legs and buns are quivery for sure from yesterday! Hopefully, I will not be as sore tomorrow:)

32:17 No pr's today, could feel "crippler" from yesterday! I love how all the 5:30's deserted me to run alone.
The kids did a great job on their sprint drills.

Well, the crippler certainly had an effect on my run at La Fortune. Today I'm hobbling around. Nice web site! Hopefully by Monday I'll be back to normal.

I did Phelps minus the squats.
    about 41 minutes
It was a good workout for my knee.
Rhonda, I miss you. Danny, I hope all is going well with you.
Indeed, we do need a happy hour.
