    8:03 Rx, 6 second PR
    Row took 4:10. Next time push this a bit more
    Thrusters in 35/15. Cycled these nice and steady which was smart but next time go UB
    PLU in 18/12. This was a good plan for me. These were kipping pull-ups and not butterfly.

    NTFS:
    REST LESS!!! Get off rower, and immediately start thrusters. Get to plu’s and immediately start first set! You lost probably 45-60 seconds by just standing around longer than needed. Suck it up buttercup!!

    I could not figure out my lip. Definitely bigger sets I did 16s. I think I can go 35/15
