This month, we’re excited to spotlight the amazing Kyle Kirkpatrick! Kyle started his journey with us at the Health Zone, bringing his infectious enthusiasm every time he walks through our doors.
Kyle has shown incredible dedication and perseverance, all in the name of becoming the best husband and father he can be.
Regardless of the weather, you can count on Kyle to be at the noon class three days a week—unless he’s off at Silver Dollar City, chasing his kids around the park! 😂
To help you get to know him better, Sarah and I decided to ask him a few fun questions. Let’s dive in and learn more about this inspiring athlete!
I first started CrossFit in 2014. I was interested in CrossFit because I knew I needed more cardio in my life. I also knew I’d never do more cardio on my own without someone like Coach Jimmy or Coach Sarah yelling at me!
My favorite thing about MP CrossFit is the people! Everyone is very inviting and encouraging, which makes it easier to come in and do a workout that I typically dread, hahaha!
The functional movements performed in CrossFit help me keep up with our three kids. I can wrestle, chase them around the house, and throw them around with ease.
My favorite CrossFit movement is rowing. My least favorites are the assault bike, crossovers, burpees, thrusters, and running!
My perfect day would probably involve the beach, sun, and absolutely nothing to do!
