    56 with 1 in’ blue and 1/2 in’ blue bands… last two sets I added another 1/2 in blue band

    This was good work! I liked it. Great practice for gymnastics with a high heart rate from the thrusters!

    Tried to do thrusters without a box but I kept throwing my hip out so decided to squat to a box to try and break that habit. Will keep working on that. Pull ups felt good. I did a harder progression today than I normally do but had another band as back up and didn’t have to use it so happy with that!
