WOD 1 10:02–I hit the cap with 2 reps to go. I am frustrated with myself that I DNF because I could have. T2b feel better, but I’m still not stringing them together without that pause. Used 30# DB
WOD 2 33 Rx…those rope climbs are hard! I was pleased with how many I did considering we had to touch the rafters instead of the tape.
