    Felt good doing singles but getting back to the bar quickly was my goal and I did really well with that.

    Cwod-2:36rx. Did singles there entire workout. I slowed down a bit towards the end.

    Swod- worked up to 285# they felt pretty good today.

    CWOD:

    I did this scaled at 95# (still not cleared for heavier loads, BUT getting there!!)
    I am sure I could have gone a little harder, but that would not have been the smart choice on my knee. #scalingiscool

    SWOD:
    Worked up to 195#. Any heavier, and I think I would have felt a little tug in the knee.
