Mark calendars for May 15-19, Olympic Lifting Series at the 0845, 1200, and 1730 classes all week. Blake Barnes from Oklahoma Weightlifting Club, will be leading these classes through Clean & Jerk drills/work and Snatch drills/work.     Isabel: wanted to go fast and leightweight so did 53# (68%) time 1:52

      Also finished out the WOD with 50 push-ups. Technically unbroken since we stayed on our hands and toes the whole time, but there were lots of downward dog resting between sets. Lol.
      Gonna restart the push-up challenge with varying PU (regular, KB, WB,and HR) and will print off the schedule if anyone wants to join. It has helped me SO much on PU, which used to be a major weakness for me. 😉

    CWOD 135 reps first 3 rds with 30″ box, hip flexors gave out from ghds so I finished last 3.5 rds on 24″ box
