SWOD 11:43? Scaled – half the reps, should’ve lessened my WOD weight instead of the reps but I planned poorly for this part. I did 153#, 173#, 193# – it was obviously too much after taking some time off. Next time I’ll scale back 10% and go for bigger sets. You win some, you lose some! Still got in a nice WOD and a good sweat!
