    My plan went out the window in no time. Haha!

    5:09rx – don’t update the board I am not confident I counted correctly. 50 to 75 seemed to go too quick.

    I decided to do small sets of 5 with small breaks. It was ok plan but at the end I wasn’t tired. Next time sets of 15.
