5 Hang Clean* & Jerk (65-70% 1RM C&J)

3 Hang Clean & Jerk (75-80% 1RM)

Elevated Cat – 1:30

Shoulder Capsule – 1:00/side

Standing Achilles – 1:00/side

Narrow Hurdler – 1:00/side

Shoulder down Straddle – 1:00/side
