I was unable to properly ‘front rack’ the bar for front squats. Used the ‘crossed arms’ technique to hold bar durring front squat.

6rds @ 135lbs – Really need to work on my form. My chest tends to go forward as I squat putting a tremendous amount of pressure on my wrists! Tough going…will focus on light weight and form anytime squats are in a WOD for the time being.
