Went to CrossFit Primus with Becky and Jaime. We did squat snatches with Sean and 3 of his competitive ladies.
I set a 1-rep PR @180!

Snatch work at Primus. Got to 90#. My legs are still really smoked from last week and my whole body is angry from yesterday!
