1 jumping MU left at time cap. Could barely get the 9 in the end bc my left hand ripped.

I vote all wods should be 10 minutes or less….. Maybe 6 minutes.
I had 9 dips left at 10 min cap. Mods plu and dips 6,9,12. Thrusters were killers and I was at failure by the end on dips
6:48, with rope climbs. Haven’t climbed a rope in a year. 73#-it’s race week and don’t want to do anything to destroy my legs this week.
