50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85%

Elevated Cat – 1:30

Low Dragon – 1:30/side

    CWOD cap+9. Wore a mental vest today which made things very tough. Lost some time because I can’t read or listen.
    Swod. Up to 195#. Tough lift at the heavy %. Need to get under the bar and lock out.
