    Hope and pray that everyone is doing well. I spoke with Erin, and if Tulsa Public schools is out due to the weather later this week, MP will be closed due to the instructor cannot get out of the driveway! 🙂

    Have fn with the WOD. This week and next, I am in a hand-to-hand course where we roll (wrestle) 3 hours on, 1.5 hours off (lunch), 3 hours on. WODs are not happening for me these two weeks. Now, studs like Danny and Jim, these rolling sessions would not even phase them.

    I look forward to see all of you soon. I may be in on 7 FEB.

    34:54….65 pounds, band pull-ups, knees on the burpies, clean and jerk instead of snatches. Anything to cut any corner and it was still brutal!

    28:48 rx ~ frustrating I have some nasty rips from k2e on Monday and that slowed me down on the pLu's snatches and sdhp, :-/ o well great workout!

    Back was still sore today so I did 3 rds baseline 21:18 rx. Hope we can get a WOD in tomorrow a.m. before the roads get bad!!
