    PLU rhythm getting better, It all starts with the 1st rep.
    Knee a little tender but much better

    PR!!!!
    No true expectation for this WOD I just wanted to do my best for today. Pull-ups felt amazing. Push-ups felt okay until they didn’t. Lol squats never feel bad at bodyweight.

    Was not feeling well this AM so was really happy with this.
    Push-Ups got tough early, started with 5/3/2 then moved to 3/3/2/2 then eventually 3/2/1s with quick rest. Tried to keep the push-up time less than 45s on those final rounds.
