Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

    Was able to do all pull-ups unbroken. Tried to do push-ups sets of 5 then 5-3-2 but that broke down around 8 rounds.

    Bands were blue, lt green then small blue when needed.
