5 rounds of:

10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
20 Pull-ups
30 Sit-ups

…then run 800m

    27:38 rx + ( I did 45 lb kbs to let Mel and megan have the35 😉 and used Roberts evil abmat ;-). Great job today guys!! Y'all r rocking it!
