How about these rips?!! Yes, they are real. Rope burn, after falling 30ft and stopping however I could. Pull-ups are out for some time.

5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols
15 Pull-ups

    7 rounds (should've been 30 min but shoulder gave out on push ups)
