Dedicated to U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, WA, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, AK, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle.
He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.

First WOD with HSPU!! I used 1 Abmat with strict HSPU for first two rounds, then a half-kip for last eight.
All else was Rx
Kept a good solid pace (just trying to make sure Coach Sarah didn’t lap me LOL!). Did all HSPU, DL, and DU’s unbroken. Did 9 rds of PLU as 5/4/3, then last rd I tried to do two sets, but turned into 3 (7/3/2). 🙂
34:07 mod box handstand push ups but didn’t have to use extra head pad this time. 73# deadlift need to work on form. Ring rows. Did 24 single jumps. Jump ropes still hard but getting better was able to do 24 in a row a couple times.
