3 cups rolled oats 2 tsp sugar (I use 2 tbsp sugar substitute like Truvia) 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt 20-30 grams protein powder (I use vanilla flavored) ½ cup non-sweetened applesauce 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup diced blueberries if desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and then add wet ingredients. Mix well and spread evenly into pan. Bake for approx 30 minutes.
I keep it in the refrigerator and heat a piece every morning and drizzle honey over it.
