Complete as many rounds, reps*, and calories as possible in 8 minutes of:

50-ft Sandbag lunges* (100/75)

Bike for calories

 

For scores

*Partners alternate rounds of 50-ft lunges. While one partner is lunging, the other is biking for calories. If the lunger rests, the biker stops. The sandbag can be held in a bear hug or on a shoulder.

    Did 3 rounds of OHS UB, rd 4 11/4.

    *Had a brain fart and got off row at 10 calories. Got to barbell before realizing, and had to get back on rower. Ugh!!!
