    195 at 95# (first time doing 95!)
    Kept my rower between 1000-1100 cal/hr, definitely could have gone harder there, but not released by Coach to do so yet. 🙂
    GHD’s felt good. All 10 rounds UB and relatively fast.

    I shouldn’t have slowed down in rounds 7-8
    I liked this one.
    My row was really strong. I was the first one off the rower

    made it through round 7 + 3 GHDS. WOD brain today- but got it done.
    ROW felt strong first 25 Cals, slowed down. need to focus on form
