Did toes three time prior to WOD and will be practicing on that. New goal for 2010. I have splinters in my nose. Great progress me.

Stacy and I decided to be as tough as the boot campers and followed the hspu up with 3 max rounds of p press with 45lb. I got 73 of those in. I plan to do the running CFE WOD on sat if anyone else would like to be tortured with it

Everyone did great tonight! It was fun working out with the 5:30 p.m. crew! Nancy, so glad you are back!!! 🙂

I did the CFE with Danny.

    Sprint total was 3:56

We thought we would be super studs and only rest 2 min per rds in order to save some time. After the first sprint, we changed our minds to 3; and after the second, we changed to 4. After the 4th rd, we realized why you SHOULD do 5! Great WOD no matter what!! Thanks Danny!

    P.S.S.

To clarify, MPCF is NOT hosting/endorsing a Happy Hour.

But I do hope the members that go to the get together have a great time, enjoy the fellowship, and drink responsibly.

Don't worry Jimmy I am very responsible about carefully choosing which beer I will have 😉 ( it's paleo right? 😉 lol

No Worries, Jimmy!! I think I speak for most of us when I say most of us are too old to really need an excuse to drink…no endorsement necessary!! Our children provide the motivation..haha! Just kidding, Trent :-)!
