Choose a sport:
Run, Row, Bike, Swim

1 min on 1 min off, 1 min on 50 sec off, 1 min on 40 sec off,1 min on
30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on 10 sec off; then go back up
the ladder, finishing with 1 min on 50 sec off, 1 min on.

    Did the CFE wod with Danny and Jimmy holy cow it was brutal outside!!! the heat was just gross! Think we must of lost like 3-5 lbs in sweat 😉 then did max rep pull ups did 23 gonna try again see if I can get 30 🙂 great job guys!!

    I'm missing good stuff but back won't allow workouts like that just yet…NSAIDS have helped..at least I can get up out of a chair without looking like granny:) Miss you guys..I'm getting soft, ugh…………..
