10 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

15 Slammers (12/8)

20m Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35)

 

…rest 3 minutes, then perform for time:

100 Double Unders

 

Flexibility:

Right Leg Split – 1:30

Left Leg Split – 1:30

Middle Splits – 1:30

Right Side Straddle – 1:30

Left Side Straddle – 1:30

Middle Straddle – 1:30
