“Hotel 100”

100 Dumbell Squat Cleans (35/20)
(Finishing over head)

Every minute, on the minute do 5 Burpees
until all SQ Cleans are completed.

Choose a sport:
Run, Row, Bike, Swim

Run: 8 x 200m, rest 4 minutes
Row: 8 x 250m, rest 4 minutes
Bike: 8 x 800m, rest 4 minutes
Swim: 8 x 25y/m, rest 4 minutes

ALL OUT EFFORTS!!

    What an AWESOME WOD! God allows WOD's like this to be created in order to keep us humble! No matter how fast, or not so fast, your time, you are worn smooth out at the end!

    Everyone on Thursday and this am did amazing work!

    20:00 70 Squat Cleans
    I am in awe of everyone who did this WOD and there is no way I could have made the 70 without you guys cheering and support. Man, that took it out of me. Burpees were RX but clean form is a challenge and one I am rising to with mighty determination! Everyone, thanks for making this a happy day of grace and HUGE KUDOS to everyone who took the mat. I wouldn't do CF anywhere but MP. Thanks again all!!

    Stacy – you are sorely missed and I have visions of you WOD'n the nurses station doing Michael; popping wheelies on the wheel chairs and hall surfing the gurneys. Shake it up girl and see you real soon!

    Hi everyone, It's me the puny girl. I just talked to the doctor and he is releasing me today. No more hospital woo hoo!!! Unfortunately I still have a drain connected to me until Tuesday but at least I'll be at home. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers and visits and flowers and EVERYTHING! I have the MOST AWESOME workout buddies EVER!!!! You guys are the BEST!!! I love you all

    Congrats to everyone who did this WOD today and on Thursday! This has to be the hardest WOD I've attempted (only made it to 40). I'm afraid to ask if there are similar WODs out there waiting for me?! Will work on speeding up burpees for next time!
