Row: 6 x 500m, active rest 2 minutes
Bike: 6 x 1 mile, active rest 2 minutes
*active rest = walking, slow/easy row, coasting

I did, attempted, the advanced skill of 200 KB Snatches in 10 @ 1.5 pood. I got 151 in 10 min.
However, I did the first 60, 30 each arm, unbroken. That way I could check off the intermediate lvl skill. I have never done that many KB snatches in a row, Great work! My forearms are going to be bruised!
