20-15-10-5 Burpee box overs (24/20”)

10-8-6-4 Bar muscle-ups

    Part 1:
    Row (10’s): 54
    Bike (10’s): 55
    Ski (5’s): 48 (should have done 10’s)
    Total: 157

    Part 2:
    20:55 capped
    24:58 (I was Rx, Kile did singles rds 2-4)
    My MU’s felt pretty good today, still not squeezing the glutes enough.
    Kile wasn’t feeling great today.
