    My dream is to do Rx pull-ups. I need intensive pull-up training. I just don't get it. I have a definite co-ordination problem….between my brain and my body.

    18:08 rx and butterfly sit ups, I was not in the "zone" today kinda out of it ( maybe it's bcuz I let the zone/ paleo get a little lax this weekend :-/ )

    Ran 200's, 50 squats, 50 situps, 30 pull ups and 30 RX push ups…Felt good to be back..my lungs survived!

    22:00 AMBF and the tiny band again. Using the "thong" makes my time longer but I'm gonna get that RX pullup!!
