Grip killer!
Went about 85% today. Definitely wasn’t feeling up to 100% effort.

Modified all movements except the burpees.

Happy with how I did overall. My back was still a little buggy. Grip got really toasty!! I did have one no-rep on round two HS walk. So lost a little bit of time there.

Okay I’m PROUD of myself. Mentally did not think I’d do a full round & surprised myself with 2 full rounds!! Need to work on hamstring stretches to help w/ lower back pain w/ T2B. Overall, pretty happy. Had 1 no rep on 2nd round of handstand walk.
