Did solo version. Stopped at around 37 min with 45 meters of lunges (no weight). Had some back issues over the weekend and wanted to come in and move and hopefully loosen up a bit.

Hit cap, Got to the run after ski. We definitely should have cut back on either the weight on sled pulls or less meters. Had a good time though!
