“Nicole” Complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of: Run 400m Max rep pull-ups Post number of pull-ups complete each round to comments

Robert July 6, 2009 at 8:53 am Decided to do an main site previous post today that caught my eye: Run 1 mile (I did a little under 7 minutes) then with a continuously running clock do 2 minutes each of: Row–34 calories30 pound dumbell thrusters: 1920 pound ball cleans: 23Double unders: 69Pull ups: 25 Rhonda–you can do jumping pull ups–I also have a couple of bands my kids use and I could put them up front for you next time pullups posted.
