That got into my cardio more than expected. Slowed the squats down to not be winded going into MUs. Didn’t have any no reps but sure felt like I was going to start failing the MUs.
Broke the first two sets of cleans into 2 sets.

C2B + Ring dips.
on second round i did 4 connected C2B. Need to work on keeping legs straighter & using more of my hips rather than my legs. More work to do. but felt good overall. my cardio felt great, running more each week is helping a bunch w/ my breathing
