    1 rep shy of 5 rounds at 225 at 11-12 min mark

    Modified weight because back has been stiff and ended up having muscle spasm anyway.

    DL and Wall-walks Rx, but still on banded plu (1/2″) and 1/2″ banded ring rows
    Breathing is still tough while upside-down. I can definitely tell cardio-conditioning has really suffered with the 2 year rehab journey I have been on with my knee and shoulder surgeries. But it is coming back!!!
