    Interesting WOD. Running 600m was different. 1 pood KBS were nice, since we been doing 1.5 pood lately!

    The 25 lb KB was a NICE change

    Woo hoo my first rx with weights since surgery! Felt pretty good, just need to work on my stamina and continue to work on my running
